Deborah Cox We Can't Be Friends Lyrics

{R.L {from Next}
To just act like we never were
To come around, and not show HURT
How dare we greet by shaking hands
Just months ago I was your man{was your man}
{Verbally we agreed it was over and we were thRough}-R.L and Deborah
Im trying to compose my self
But I just cant get over you
{Chours}
We can't be friends
We can't be friends
DeboRAh you know I can't go on being just ur friend
We can't be friends
Cuz Im still in love with you
{Deborah Cox}
I went by mAMA'S saw you car there
To her your still family and it don't seem fair
For everyone to just go on
I've tried and I can't do it
Cuz I'm still torn
I've tried to think of you as just another love {another love}
In my past,THAT DIDN'T LAST, but its not that simple baby
{Chours}
We can't be friends {No,no no, no}
We can't be friends {If we, if we can't be lovers}
We can't be friends
Cuz I'm still in love with you
{Bridge}
You may see me staring, or catch me in a daze
May see me hang my head when you come my way
Don't get to close to me and expect me to behave
I might just steal kiss
If you come near my face
What i'm tryin' to say
{Chours}
We cant be friends
Can you look me in the eyes and honestly say you dont love me, I know
We can't be friends
Deboarh you know
R.L I know
We can't be friends
I'll never ever find another love like YOU
We can't be friends
I love you too much baby, I love you too much
We can't be friends, Cause i'm still in love with you.

"WE CANT BE FRIENDS" is one of my most favorite songs because this song means that you love each other so much that you just cant be friends. You and this person has so many feelings for each other that you can actually look into his eyes and tell him that you love him but she knows that you cant be friends at all. They both are still in love with each other thats why they both just cant be friends at all it just cant happen. They both think that friendsship is what they want but really it is not what they really want.This song refers to me in some way because this person that i was inlove with wanted to be friends btu i just couldnt because i love the person just so much.

Moral Dilemmas in Huck Finn
In The Adventures ogf Huckleberry Finn, Huck faces a number of moral dilemmas which reveal much about his character. Some are very surprising for his age and very well dangerous. The moral dilemmas that take place are usually taken place with different people in the Adventures Of Huckleberry Finn. To me the moral dilemmas that Huck faces at different times shows me that huck character changes. In The Adventures Of Huckleberry Finn, Huck knows that some of the things he does are wrong and some of are right Huck was getting a little board on the Island with Jim so he decided to play a joke but then it got serious. Huck killed a shake then stuck it in Jims blanket. Huck wasnt being a good friend because that was a very mean thing to do because at the end of it all their was a big consequence. Chapter 10 page 39 par 4-"I killed him, and curled him up on the foot of Jim's blanket, ever so natural, thinking there'd be some fun when Jim found him there. Well by night I forgot all about the snake and when Jim flung himself down on the blanket while I struck a light, the snakes mate was their and bit him."

Huck Finn Reader Response#3 (Ch.14-Ch.18)

Huck Finn Reader Response#3 (Ch.14-Ch.18)

Paragraph 1

Huck was impressed by the style of the house it was so neat and nice.” It was mighty nice family, and a mighty nice house, too” (Ch.17, Page75, Paragraph 5)“I hadn’t seen no house out in the country before that was so nice and had so much style” (Ch.17, Page75, Paragraph 5).This says about Huck’s success that he wants to be able to be like the Gragerford’s house. This also shows that Huck is very happy to have seen something like this that he has never ever seen in his life.

Paragraph 2

The books in the house are special because they were classics. “The statements were interesting, but tough.” (Ch.17, Page76, and Pargragh2).He was probably interested in them because of the stories they told they were probably something that he wanted to hear weather then something boring. This says that Huck’s view of education is that he believes that everybody is intelligent in their own special way.

Paragragh3

The thing that is unique about all the drawings and poems and the scrapbook is that they all had to do with her or someone else that was either dieing or very well sick.
